Alex Carter (They/Them)
Video Producer

Alex is an autistic filmmaker and editor from Southampton who, since 2012, has produced videos for organisations such as Ordnance Survey and the University of Winchester, as well as the charities Autism Hampshire and Healthwatch. Continuing from this work to Autek was a natural progression for Alex, who has worked on What’s It Like? since its inception. Harri Marshall (She/Her)
Video Producer

Harri is a deaf theatre maker based in York and has been working in the arts since 2012. She is passionate about access, being an advocate for D/deaf and Disabled individuals by taking part in movements and companies such as Freelancers Make Theatre Work, We Shall Not be Removed and Cultural Reset. She is a self-proclaimed proactive busy body, who is eager to create positive change for D/deaf and disabled individuals. Abbie Hills (she/her)
Consultant

Abbie is a talent agent, writer and producer with cerebral palsy. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion within the film, TV and entertainment industry and creating opportunities for all.

Ele Marr

Ele Marr is an artist and writer and editor living in the West Country. A digital artist, she has worked on book covers, poster art and webcomics, as well as running a regular stall for her sculpture and textile art. Her passions for mental health awareness and LGBT representation are represented in her work, and she lives with Cystic Fibrosis, depression, anxiety*, her partner and a whippet.

Logan Rebello
Animator and Video Producer

Logan is a high performing graduate of creative media production. Skilled in filmaking, sound design, editing, animation and storyboarding, his efforts with Dimensions won multiple national awards for making significant changes to autism friendly cinema. He knows how to communicate through different mediums, speaks multiple languages and knows basic BSL.

Everyone deserves to have their voice heard so he was happy to work for Autek if it meant reducing anxiety for people on the autism spectrum, such as himself, as well as helping to make venues more open and accessible to those with a range of different needs.

Andrew Compton (He/Him)
Video Producer

Andrew took an interest in filmmaking as a child, and was formerly known to many as “Gameking53” when making gaming-related videos on YouTube from 2007-2011. He’s made several no budget films over time as a way to develop his knowledge and skillset, and began working as a freelance filmmaker in 2014, filming and editing content for numerous clients such as Nutkhut and Spiral Blue, before joining Autek in 2021. Since 2014 he has struggled with epilepsy, with his current seizure frequency standing at 15-20 per month, and is currently pursuing brain surgery as a form of treatment.
